Clarify your values: what do you stand for? Is it speed, innovation, courage, vulnerability, trust, integrity? Mature leaders know their values and how they impact their decision-making and behavior. They can give you a succinct definition of what each value means to them and what they expect from others in their organization.

Do you have a clear set of values that you stand for in your leadership? And does your staff know the meaning of your values and recognize them consistently in your actions?
